ResourceKraft is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Client Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer engagement, strategic account management and sales, client satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

This role will primarily focus on existing client management, nurturing relationships and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meeting client needs effectively, while a small portion of the role will focus on prospective clients and sales.
What you will do:
- Understand existing customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business
- Own and deliver against a core set of customer success and account management KPIs and targets while delivering against revenue and profit KPIs
- Plan budgets and activities for sales and account management in the company
- Renew and grow existing accounts and drive customer lifetime value by finding upsell opportunities, optimising sales processes and providing innovative solutions for customers
- Manage and nurture relationships with account stakeholders
- Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust
- Ensure customers derive value from every interaction and service provided
- Share insights and customer feedback to contribute to product and service enhancements and collaborate with engineering and operations to align client needs and organisational objectives
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations/tenders and proposals/quotes to clients and in some cases prospective clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to company policies and pricing guidelines.
- Track and report on key sales metrics such as recurring revenue, churn percentage and contract renewal rate
- Communicate overall quarterly progress to senior management and external stakeholders
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services, industry trends, technological advancements and regulations related to energy management and monitoring
General Requirements:
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, sales or business development (minimum 5 years)
- Demonstrate knowledge of technology and customer delivery experience, effectively driving engagements through to completion
- Prior experience budgeting and reporting on progress
- Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer centric and service orientated
- Passionate, dedicated and with a desire for continuous improvement
- Able to adapt to change, multi-task and have excellent active listening skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, analytical and process driven
- Commercially savvy, pragmatic and capable to think through situations as they occur
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Knowledge/Experience of the following is desirable, but not essential:
- Knowledge and experience working in the energy or sustainability industry is a distint advantage
- Understanding of consumer behaviours and industry specific trends
- Background in consulting or technical service industry
Location:
This role is based in our Limerick office with a hybrid option available (3 days in the office, 2 WFH) upon successfully completing probation.
