ResourceKraft now has an opening for the key role of B2B Marketing Specialist to work at it’s Limerick office.

The successful candidate for this role will assist them in their ambitious plans to scale the business further.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement B2B demand generation strategy to drive qualified traffic to the company website
  • Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email, mail/print campaigns and events to drive client acquisition for each product
  • Optimise marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content and social channels
  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience all stages of their lifecycle including blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.
  • Grow web traffic, generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) for the sales team, and drive revenue growth by converting site traffic through valuable content, powerful calls-to-action, and product-centric lead generation content
  • Develop and manage our corporate social media accounts
  • Manage and filter inbound sales enquiries
  • Manage the design, production and distribution of corporate sales materials
  • Establish and maintain a consistent brand through our range of products, communications, promotional materials, and events
  • Continually undertake product research and development, monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities
  • Assist the marketing and customer experience teams with building and maintaining buyer personas and journeys
  • Constantly analyse performance to make an Informed data driven decisions to optimise campaigns and strategies
  • Look for innovative ways to market the brand via content creation
  • Analyse data and report on KPIs and campaign performance

Ideal Candidates have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally SaaS
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field
  • Experience in managing end to end marketing funnel
  • Solid experience working with sales teams and developing marketing to support both inbound and outbound teams
  • Excellent content writing skills with ability to create engaging material
  • Strong analytical skills to present and make data-based content marketing strategy recommendations
  • Experience in managing and optimising automated campaigns
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into usable insights
  • Strong understanding of grammar, messaging, and B2B consumer psychology
  • A balance of technical skills and business acumen with the ability to translate technical features into tangible business benefits
  • Experience of using CRM software and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent planning, organising, time-management and project management skills
  • Experience of directly managing digital advertising campaigns e.g. Google AdWords, LinkedIn
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentational skills
  • Good judgement and decision-making skills
