Our Energy Expert Ronan Moriarty spoke at the Future in Pharmaceuticals event on May 1st in Dublin’s Aviva Stadium. Ronan spoke about Baselines & Key Performance Indicators (KPI), why they’re important and how to use them, among other things.
Speaking about the event Ronan said, “I recently had the privilege of speaking at the Future in Pharmaceuticals conference run by Box Media to promote the idea of sustainable energy usage in pharmaceutical companies. There were a lot of great speakers there sharing some really great information on measures they have taken internally to reduce their energy use and save money for the company over the last number of years.
I was delighted to share what I have learned over the last few years on how to use baselines & KPI’s to keep a track on your energy usage as well as how to make sure that you are accurately showing the savings that you are achieving with the plans that are implemented.”
